Temenos has announced the appointment of Barb Morgan as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer, effective immediately. Reporting to CEO Jean-Pierre Brulard, Morgan will join the company’s Executive Committee and lead the technology and product organization. With over 25 years of experience in global product development, particularly in banking and financial services, Morgan brings expertise in AI technologies and cloud-based solutions. Her previous leadership roles at companies such as the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) have prepared her to enhance Temenos' innovative product offerings and drive global growth through scalable technology platforms.
Morgan succeeds Prema Varadhan, who is stepping down after 25 years of service. Morgan’s focus will be on advancing Temenos’ cloud and AI-driven banking solutions, helping financial institutions meet the evolving needs of their customers. Brulard emphasized that Morgan's extensive experience in both business and engineering will play a critical role in the company’s next phase of growth. Morgan expressed her enthusiasm for joining Temenos and driving innovation to empower banks with enhanced customer experiences and operational agility.
