Infosys, a consulting and digital services firm, has announced an expansion of its collaboration with Citizens, one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S., to accelerate digital transformation. Citizens will leverage Infosys’ expertise in AI, cloud, and automation to develop cloud-native platforms and transition from traditional data centers. This initiative aims to enhance operational stability, strengthen fintech collaborations, and deliver AI-powered customer experiences. Over the past five years, Infosys and Citizens have achieved key milestones, including establishing a data lake, developing enterprise APIs, automating testing, and migrating critical workloads to the cloud while ensuring resilience.
Michael Ruttledge, Chief Information Officer at Citizens, emphasized Infosys’ role in modernizing the bank’s technology landscape while maintaining stability. Dennis Gada, EVP and Global Head of Banking and Financial Services at Infosys, highlighted the use of Infosys Topaz to support Citizens’ transformation and growth. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to innovation in banking and technology, with an AI-driven approach to modernizing financial services.
