TRUE, a provider of intelligent automation and decision-making software for the mortgage industry, has announced a leadership transition with Steve Butler named Chief Executive Officer. Founder Dr. Ari Gross will assume the role of Chairman and Chief Innovation Officer. The move, unanimously supported by the Board and leadership team, marks a strategic step as TRUE continues its expansion into a scaled enterprise software provider. Steve Butler brings deep experience in fintech and B2B SaaS, having held executive roles across public and private software companies.
