Orion has appointed Valli Nachiappan as its new Chief Technology Officer to lead the company's technology strategy and drive advancements in artificial intelligence and platform scalability. Nachiappan brings over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, having previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Zendesk, where she led global product teams and implemented AI-focused initiatives. She has also held senior roles at Zaplabs and Yapstone, developing secure, scalable solutions across multiple industries. Nachiappan will report to Reed Colley, President of Orion Advisor Technology, and will join Orion’s senior leadership team. Her responsibilities include enhancing infrastructure, advancing data integration, and accelerating AI development across Orion's advisor and enterprise platforms.
