Apex Group, an international financial services provider, has named Tom Bennett as its Global Head of Fintech, a newly established role aimed at strengthening the company’s digital capabilities across private markets, capital markets, and digital assets. Bennett will lead the development and execution of Apex Group’s fintech strategy, including initiatives such as digital onboarding, AI-driven risk and accounting tools, capital raising platforms, and a sustainability-focused offering. His appointment reflects Apex Group’s focus on bridging traditional finance and new digital frameworks while maintaining operational discipline and regulatory compliance.
Bennett brings over 15 years of experience in technology and financial services, having previously held leadership roles at Aztec Group, JLL, and BT. He most recently served as Group Head of Innovation at Aztec Group, where he helped scale digital products and ventures. At Apex, he will oversee fintech projects that enhance client services and support the firm’s broader digital ambitions.
