Applied Data Finance (ADF), a fintech company, has appointed Todd Rice as Chief Revenue Officer and Anthony Nyikos as Vice President of Growth. These leadership changes align with ADF’s strategy to expand its lending and B2B consumer finance solutions while enhancing financial access for consumers. Rice, who brings nearly 30 years of experience in consumer finance, will lead ADF’s revenue strategy, ensuring its AI-powered lending solutions and compliance platforms reach the right markets. Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of New Credit America and held Executive positions at Citigroup and Providian Financial. Nyikos, returning to ADF after serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for nearly eight years, will focus on strengthening collaborations with financial institutions and fintech firms.
ADF’s CEO, Joseph Toms, said, "Todd and Anthony bring invaluable experience in scaling financial services and building strategic alliances. Their leadership will accelerate our mission to provide our customers with responsible financial solutions while developing new technologies for consumer-facing companies." Nyikos, with three decades of expertise in strategic partnerships, previously held roles at Pathward and Monevo, where he worked on expanding lending collaborations. In his new position, he will help grow ADF’s Lending-as-a-Service (LaaS) and AI-driven compliance offerings.
