Fiserv, a provider of technology solutions for payments and financial services, has announced a strategic collaboration with Vanquis to support the bank’s long-term digital modernization plans. As part of this initiative, Vanquis will be the first financial institution to adopt Vision Next, Fiserv’s newest cloud-native processing platform. The integrated solution will support all stages of the card issuing process and is designed to provide flexible and efficient services that align with current market requirements. This step marks a significant development in Vanquis’ broader transformation, known as the Gateway program, which aims to build a digital-first infrastructure by mid-2026.
Vanquis focuses on offering financial services to individuals with limited access to traditional banking options. Through its partnership with Fiserv, Vanquis intends to improve its operational capacity and customer offerings.
